Frequently Asked Questions DO POINTS EXPIRE? Your points will only expire if there is no activity on your Coeur Rewards card for (15) fifteen consecutive months. WHAT IF I LOSE MY COEUR REWARDS CARD? Present a valid photo ID to our Coeur Rewards booth staff for a replacement card. There is no charge to replace your card. If the Coeur Rewards booth is closed, please visit the Hotel Front Desk. Convert Your Points to EPC Right at your Machine! MINIMUM 2,500 POINTS FOR $5 EPC 1. Point Play on Keypad Machines 2. Insert cash or a ticket voucher (enough to cover your bet once you convert your points to play). 3. Insert your Coeur Rewards Club card. 4. Press number 2 for Coeur Play. 5. Enter your 4-digit PIN number and press OK. 6. It will scroll across what denominations are available for you to convert to EPC. 7. Press the # that corresponds with the EPC amount you want. 8.
