1. Sensor Name – Select this box to name the sensor. 2. Current Pressure – Displays the value being received from the sensor. 3. Warn Set Point – Enter the desired set point at which the monitor will warn the operator that a filter change is required soon. The yellow light will illuminate when the pressure exceeds this value. Use the spec sheet provided with your filters to determine the proper settings. 4. Replace Set Point – Enter the desired set point at which the monitor will warn the operator that a filter change is required. The red light will illuminate when the pressure exceeds this value. Use the spec sheet provided with your filters to determine the proper settings. 5. Shutdown Set Point – Enter the desired set point at which the monitor will turn off the optional interlock connected to external equipment. The interlock will be turned off when the pressure exceeds this value. The interlock can be used to turn off application equipment or trigger other alarms within the facility. 6. Notification Groups – Select a desired group to be notified via email (active internet connection required) when the pressure exceeds the set point values. Common settings would be: 1. Group A = Coatings Managers & Maintenance Departments
2. Group B = Maintenance & Purchasing Departments 3. Group C = Operation Directors & Facility Managers
