Wow what a year it has been in the cattle industry. As seedstock producers, witnessing our customers achieve success in their operations is truly the most rewarding experience! As we prepare for this years sale, we still maintain our goal of raising cattle that are powerful, profitable and practical. In this industry it is easy to chase numbers, but we try and maintain balanced EPDs that will provide growth along with keeping maternal traits in check. If you don’t have a great cow, you don’t have a great program. We continue to work on this year after year. Nutrition is top priority when developing our bulls. We work closely with our Purina Nutritionist to develop them to look the part sale day, while keeping longevity a priority. As you look through the catalog you will see some familiar genetics, that are proven to work in about any condition. You will also see some new and exciting pedigrees. Hollywood really needs no introduction, but if you haven’t heard he was the $400,000 bull at Pieper’s sale in 2022. We were lucky enough to see him at stud in Nebraska, and liked him enough to invest in some embryos. We are excited to have two of his sons in this offering. We added Confidence 3089 to our bull battery in 2024. We partnered with 6 Mile Red Angus on him and have never looked back. Not only are his sons good, we have some outstanding females in the lot at home. We are excited about the genetic opportunities with this bull. We had been on the lookout for a Maximus son and found one we really liked at Piepers sale in 2024. Duramax 3167 brings some birthweight back, with good growth and length. Another new bull we used, through AI, is BCRED All Around. We have been on the hunt for a Complete 7000E son and the mating of Complete with PIE Bonne Bell 852 was exciting. We have been happy with the calves out of him. He is a powerful bull backed by a strong maternal line. WELCOME TO OUR 15TH ANNUAL PRODUCTION SALE!
