First and foremost - what you see is what you get! 1. Our bulls are truly developed to be breeding bulls. They have not been fed to look “thick” like a lot of other bulls. Our average back fat at ultrasounding was a mere 1/10 of an inch. Compare this to other breeders that have bulls with 1/2 inch all the way up to almost 1 inch of back fat on sale day. 2. 3. Every bull selling was born unassisted out on pasture, got up, nursed and were never crept fed. The first time they were ever in a barn was when they got their pre-weaning shots at 6-7 months of age. 4. Every bull has passed a complete Breeding Soundness Exam and has a complete vaccination record. 5. We have actual carcass data on over 2500 steer and heifer mates that were all sired by Big Rok bulls. 6. Big Rok maternal genetics have been proven to provide superior carcass results to the “terminal” or “carcass” bulls. High maternal cattle have proven to out-perform these cattle by 2-3 times. **See enclosed carcass results 7. Most of the bulls are at least 5-8 generations of Big Rok genetics on the female side.
