SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: A supplemental sheet will be available on sale day with complete up to date information. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Cattle will sell as recommended by the American Angus Association. LIABILITY: All persons attending the sale and related functions do so at their own risk. Roscoe Valley Cattle Co. assume no liability, legal or otherwise for any accidents or injuries that may occur. HEALTH: All cattle will be available for interstate shipment. Buyers with special requirements should make plans for any extra testing that may be required. INSPECTION: Cattle may be viewed at the sales facility any time prior to the sale, and will be on display the day of the sale. As always, we would love to take a drive through our herd to look at the females that produced these bulls and the heifers that are in the sale.
Volume Discounts: A 3% discount will be given on purchases of 3-4 bulls over $4000. A 5% discount will be given on purchases of 5+ bulls over $4000. REFERAL : Refer a new customer and get a $250 discount. GUARANTEE: All bulls selling are guaranteed for the first breeding season against breeding injury. A breeding season is defined as the 90 days from first turnout of the bull. If a replacement bull is not available or if buyer prefers, credit, minus salvage value will be given in the next year’s sale. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. Please notify Nick as soon as possible should injury occur. This guarantee does not cover death loss. HOUSING: Free Housing will be available until March 15th. Bulls may remain at the sales facility at your convenience for $2.50/ day following. TRUCKING: Please let us know when and we will deliver your bulls for no charge up to a 300 mile radius.
