THE ROLE

Research/Resourcing • Research and identification of prospective organisations and candidates for headhunting assignments • Approaching prospective candidates with opportunities via phone call, email, LinkedIn and other appropriate communication channels • Development of candidate database using both Bullhorn our CRM system and approach spreadsheets, applying a variety of candidate resourcing techniques • Blueprinting organisations using market analysis, technology and networking • Advert placement and implementation of marketing strategies as directed by the team Candidate interaction • Briefing prospective candidates on specific roles • Briefing prospective candidates on a variety of possible client organisations • Sending briefing packs/ job descriptions/ further information to applicants and interested parties • Interviewing prospective candidates for specific roles or on a speculative basis • Providing correspondence and feedback to candidates

Business and recruitment administration

• Providing business and recruitment administration and support including: • CV writing and reformatting • Email and diary management • Database management • Preparing short listing packs for client meetings • Arranging candidate meetings • Arranging client interviews and interview schedules
