As specialists in the built environment, our Leisure Property team assists clients with their recruitment requirements across the UK and Internationally. We work in partnership with clients to help them realise their strategic plans, working on senior level appointments including but not limited to Property Directors, Acquisition Managers, Asset Managers, Project Management professionals and Development Managers.

Meet the team
Melanie Pye Sector Lead, Leisure Property
With over 20 years recruitment experience, Melanie joined MRG in 2012 and is responsible for Project Management recruitment campaigns for PM Consultancies, Real Estates Advisors and Private Sector client-side organisations as well as Sector Lead for Leisure.
She has experience of delivering retained and account management solutions and has completed assignments across all levels of Project and Programme Management, including Director of Hotels Project Management, Non-Executive Director, Director Commercial Offices, Project Director – Hotel refurbishment and Associate Director Programme Management.
Matthew Evans Director
Matthew leads MRG’s Real Estate and Property team, working with a range of organisations in order to provide tailored recruitment solutions and aligned services. Matthew predominately operates at a senior level working with a variety of organisations to make key strategic hires across the property industry. Being trained in a number of
human capital tools, Matthew is our resident expert in the use of Thomas International and their Psychometric Assessment Tools.
Delivery & Research Team
The Sector Leads and Directors are supported by a dedicated team of Consultants and Researchers, who play an active role in the delivery and research phase of a campaign.
