GETTING THE OVERVIEW STARTED Begin with your story. Why did you start shopping with Melaleuca? What impressed you about the company and the products? What has been your experience since you enrolled? Keep in mind the similarities between your story and your guests’ stories. What are some needs you have in common with them? Focus your story on those needs and the solutions
you found through Melaleuca. You’ll connect with them on a more personal level—and your story will likely be what they remember most.
