WHO WILL WE BE CELEBRATING? • Half Century Club: The Half Century Club is awarded to active Marketing Executives with 50–99 personally enrolled active Preferred Members as of March 31, 2020. (Inherited customers are not included.) • Century Club: The Century Club is awarded to active Marketing Executives with 100 or more personally enrolled active Preferred Members as of March 31, 2020. (Inherited customers are not included.) • Leaders on the Move: All new and advancing Senior and Executive Directors will walk the stage at Convention. All National and Corporate Directors will also take a turn on stage.

LEADER ACHIEVEMENTS • Senior Directors: The top 10 Senior Directors who have the highest net Preferred Member growth, the highest number of new personally developed Directors, and a 92% retention rate. • Executive Directors: The top 10 Executive Directors who have the highest net Preferred Member growth, the highest number of new personally developed Directors 3, and a 92% retention rate. • Personal Enrollee Advancement:

• Lifetime Earnings Award: Awarded to all Marketing Executives who have reached a lifetime earnings of $1 million or $5 million during the award year. • NEWCircle & Expanded Circle of Influence: Awarded to leaders who achieve Circle of Influence or Expanded Circle of Influence at least 10 times during the award year. • Personal Director Growth: Awarded to all Marketing Executives with six or more new net personal Directors in the award year. • Personal Director 3 Growth: Awarded to all Marketing Executives who have developed five or more personal Directors 3 in the award year.

Marketing Executives who have the highest number of personal enrollee advancements for Directors and above and have a 92% retention rate.
