I always stay focused on the end result, even when the journey is rocky.” Focusing on the end result has already made an incredible impact on Atara’s life. “We always talk about Melaleuca enhancing lives, but Melaleuca did not enhance my life—it literally changed my life,” Atara says. “The biggest difference to me is seeing the smiles on my kids’ faces and being able to do things that we never imagined before. I’m in a position where I can experience financial freedom, and I can help others do the same! My goal is to work my Melaleuca business for as long as I can. I love it. I just want to continue to build. I’m here for life!”
Convention in May and then Road to Executive Director in July. “After attending those events, there is no question in my mind that Melaleuca is real,” Atara says. “Melaleuca wants you to build a solid business. It’s all about creating something stable. I know I am safe here. I don’t have to worry about anything.” But safe doesn’t mean setback-free. When she or those on her team face challenges, there’s a mantra she repeats again and again: “I create my own reality.” She understands that her business—like life—is filled with ups and downs, and success requires focusing on the final outcome rather than the current condition. “Whatever you’re feeling on the inside—whether it’s success or fear—is what you will ultimately create,” Atara says. “Those who

And while Atara was impressed with what she heard, she was still skeptical. “I knew my capabilities,” Atara says, “but I was not going to allow people to follow me into something where they were not going to be able to win.” With her drive and dedication, it didn’t take long for Atara to experience real success with Melaleuca, but that didn’t mean her concerns were gone. “It felt too good to be true,” Atara recalls. “I was just waiting for them to pull the carpet out from under my feet.” But the more Atara looked into Melaleuca, the more convinced she became that it was real. Her belief was completely solidified as she attended
