OCEAN BOTTLE
ABOUT Ocean Bottle (OB) was born out of the frustration of plastic going into our oceans, (by 2050 there is expected to be more plastic than fish in the ocean by weight.) Every OB bottle funds the collection of 1,000 plastic bottles / 11.4kg of plastic. Ocean Bottle does this through their recycling centers, which support the local community. Plastic collectors are able to exchange plastic for money or digital tokens to spend on tuition, tech goods, health care and micro-finance. This premium product is recognized for its design and the impact it has a positive impact on the ocean.
