Human Resources QUALIFICATION OPTIONS
This qualification is designed for: Those who work, or aspire to work in a support position as a HR generalist or in a specialist area such as remuneration, recruitment or industrial relations. Duration: You have a maximum of 12 months to complete this qualification. Course Entry Requirements: There are no course pre-requisite requirements. To enrol in this course, you must be 18 years of age at time of enrolment; and demonstrate during the enrolment process that you have the skills and capability to succeed in the course as described in the Student Entry Criteria. Students are required to have a unique email address.
Qualification Requirements: You must complete 10 units as detailed. Mode of Delivery: Face-to-face: facilitator-led, in class. Blended: online self-paced study with access to regular interactive support.
By completing the above units, you have also completed many of the required units for other qualifications such as; BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business, BSB41015 Certificate IV in Human Resources and BSB41315 Certificate IV in Marketing.
