This short course addresses the adult language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) considerations that need to be taken into account when delivering work based training and assessment. You will learn tools and techniques to determine the LLN requirements of a training program and modify your training to meet the LLN requirements of your learners. This course is right for you if: You have responsibility for training, group facilitation or assessing competency in the workplace.
