Get Personal Training From a Pro and Work With Adam Ready to Make a Change?

His small group trainees have already found success, from a group of local teachers who completed their first Spartan race and are preparing to train

You may remember seeing Adam here a few months back when he shared his passion for helping folks ace the outdoor obstacle course. Now Adam is adding personal training to his area of expertise. As a certified trainer, he brings an extensive background and empathetic approach to his program because he’s been there. “I’ve gone through my own transformation. I used to weigh 215 pounds,” Adam explains. For anyone wanting to lose weight, Adam has firsthand knowledge about best strategies, and he’s ready to help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals. “I’ve done it myself, and I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t from an exercise and nutrition standpoint. It’s another avenue I’m excited to work on,” Adam says. Drawing on his background in adventure racing and obstacle course training, Adam uses a total-body approach that challenges every muscle group. “Everything we do uses the entire body. It translates well for anyone, and it can be adapted for anyone. You don’t have to have a bunch of equipment or tools around. We use basic equipment and body weight exercises so you can replicate the workouts at home,” Adam says. Adam now offers personal training in addition to the obstacle course and small group training he’s been doing here at Fore Court.

with Adam for their second, to a more recent group of medical professionals who’ve never done an adventure race and are planning to complete a Tough Mudder. “None of them have done this before; they’re newbies. Some of the folks have never done a workout program before. It’s fun to train folks who are new to this.” Adam’s personal training consists of one-on-one indoor training and basic nutrition information. All levels and goals are welcome, including those recovering from injuries or looking to lose weight. A more extensive nutrition program will also be available. If you’d like to train with Adam, stop by the front desk, or reach him directly at CoachAdamOCR@gmail.com or 401-533-8275. He’s ready to help you take the next step in your fitness journey.
