Us- ers have access to four locker rooms and shower facilities with 16 showers. The facility’s remaining area in the lower level features a 260,000 gallon competition and training swimming pool with two 50-meter and four 25-meter lanes and a full ac- cessible 25,000 gallon therapy and learn to swim pool. It also provides ample bleacher area accommodating 100 people. Amezzanine overlooking the fitness center and swimming pool is located in the second floor and features a lounge area and various training rooms for cross fit, yoga, spin and Zumba. As design-builder and con- struction manager on this proj- ect, Hollister performed all the research and design, retained specialty consultants and sub- contractors.
