Strong ethics, knowledge and passion for her work have earned Roy a solid reputation among the industries and clients she serves. With extensive experience in land use, transportation and pipeline law, and appellate practice, she has impacted critical issues in New Jersey, including right-of-way acquisitions involving major interstate natu- ral gas pipeline projects; and the NJDEP Office of Flood Hazard Risk Reduction Measures in connection with the Manasquan Inlet to Barnegat Inlet Hurricane and Storm Damage Reduction Project. A member and past president of the International Right of Way Association, NJ Chapter, Roy also served bar associations for New Brunswick, Mid- dlesex County, New Jersey State, and Energy. She holds a BA from St. Mary’s College and JD from William Mitchell College of Law.
Jack Fersko’s practice reflects his position as one of New Jersey’s leading transactional real estate attorneys. He rep- resents many of the state’s leading players in the industrial and commercial sector. He has provided representation in numerous high-value and high-profile transactions, includ- ing one of the largest portfolio sales of industrial real es- tate to be completed in New Jersey in recent years. He was one of the first attorneys to focus on the issues related to solar energy installations in the state, and is now once again ahead-of-the-curve in examining the issues related to the potential legalization of cannabis in New Jersey and its impact on the real estate industry. He is a Fellow of the highly selective American College of Real Estate Lawyers and serves on the Board of Trustees of NAIOP NJ.
Neil A. Stein is not only an excellent attorney, but also someone who has an appropriate influence on the overall activities of the business - someone whose advice is sought out. He shares with others by research and authorship as well as by serving as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Law at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He also is on the “cutting edge” of changes in the real estate indus- try, serving on national, state and local boards and com- mittees, particularly those of the homebuilding industry. Lastly, he engages in mentorship of those just starting out in the profession.
We serve as a principal resource for clients with interests here in New Jersey — and beyond. Thank You Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal for naming our partner JACK FERSKO "BEST ATTORNEY OF 2017"
