Size :22 Properties/3,426 Units Brokers: Mark Thomson, Carl Fiebig, Fran Coyne, Jose Cruz and Matthew Lawton HFF marketed the 22, value-add multi-housing properties in six sub-portfolios on behalf of the seller, Equus Capital Partners. The properties sold in phases to differ- ent buyers throughout 2017 with the most recent closing in September 2017. Prop- erties were located in suburban Philadelphia, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Wyomissing, Lehigh Valley and northeastern Pennsylvania.
