OFFERING PRICE Alaska Fish On Charters is being offered at $7,500,000 (Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars)
I.
The Seller prefers an all cash sale.
II. All offers shall be: a. in writing, b. accompanied by an earnest money deposit check in the minimum amount of 5% of the offering price. III. All earnest money deposits will be deposited in the Listing Broker’s trust account, or appropriate escrow. IV. The Seller shall provide and pay for a standard owner’s title insurance policy in the amount of the negotiated purchase price. Buyer will be responsible for any extended coverage and endorsements. V. Both Buyer and Seller shall be responsible for their own professional fees including attorney, CPA, and other needed services. The sale will be “as-is, where-is”.
