The heart and soul of Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events is our commitment to food. Believing the very best food is organic, local and sustainable, we partner with small producers and farmers from around the Bay Area, searching out the finest and ripest of the season. Our passion comes from a deep appreciation for the transformative power of food and drink to bring people together. Drawing inspiration from four-star restaurants, top Chefs, food trucks, and farmers markets, the Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events culinary team – led by Executive Chef Daniel Capra and Pastry Chef Marilyne Mitani – produces fare that’s far beyond the typical perception of “catered food.” The team is driven by an unwavering commitment to create a culinary experience on par with the standards of a four-star restaurant. Working closely with the culinary team, Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events’ Beverage Director Jay Crabb and his team are fully focused on delivering the best possible beverage experience. From designing a hand-chipped-to-order ice bar and sourcing boutique whiskies from local distillers, to discovering new artisanal beers, learning how to make wine, and creating innovatively delicious wine- based cocktails, the team not only understands the art and craft of beverage, but we’re passionate about every aspect. The team of talented artists and designers in our Design Studio, led by Art Director Dyan Garza, are committed to realizing the client’s vision while integrating and aligning the overall look and feel of the event. From floral and buffet design to entire space design, we create breathtaking experiences by crafting, cultivating and thoughtfully curating colors, textures and objects. A dedicated in-house Innovation Team ensures that the company is ahead of trends, concocting unique concepts, dreaming up new designs, and constantly seeking new sources of inspiration to inform our ideas. When “never been done before” is the goal, Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events’ Innovation Team serves as a task force, charged with producing creative possibilities that yield unexpected and extraordinary events. Our Green Team is continually looking for ways to incorporate environmentally responsible practic- es into our business. Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events embodies a collaborative spirit of innova- tion, tradition, exuberance, beauty and bounty. We go beyond using local sustainable food and are event experts in Northern California’s finest venues, all while embracing an eco-conscious approach to creating the finest events.

11

SAVOR With a relentless commitment to creativity, innovation and sourcing of the highest quality ingredients, Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events has pioneered a new kind of catering experience. Our cuisine — perfectly executed and impeccably served — reflects the diverse, vibrant culture and rich bounty of the San Francisco Bay Area.

12

S I P With our cocktails we celebrate the interplay of tradition and innovation. We take our cues from the past — crafting iconic time-honored cocktails — but delight in putting our own distinctive shake on the classics. Flavorful, aromatic and sumptuous, our cocktails enliven the senses and tantalize the palate.

13

S E RV E At the heart of our company lies an abiding passion for service. Our founding principle of

service excellence above all else has redefined the luxury catering experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and continues to be the benchmark for the industry today. Inspired vision has always led Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events to push the boundaries of what is possible. Today that means executing events with lasting memories that do not have a lasting impact on our planet. Here’s a partial list of some of the things we are doing to express our vigorous commitment to environmental responsibility: • We are proud to be a Bay Area Green Certified Business. • We purchase our food products from local, sustainable and organic farms, ranches and fisheries. • We use products from local wineries, distilleries and breweries whenever possible. • We partner with environmentally like-minded suppliers. • The Monterey Bay Seafood Watch List informs all of our fish purchases. • We utilize produce from our own organic garden in the Napa Valley. • We compost all food scraps. • We donate all excess food items to local food banks for redistribution. • We recycle newspaper, glass, metal, aluminum foil, plastics, card board boxes, wine corks and wood pallets. • We use dry methods of cleaning at our facilities to conserve water and environmentally friendly cleaning agents at our office and at events. • Our used oil is collected by a Bio-Diesel refining service. • We have reduced our carbon footprint by 10,090 lbs of CO2 by lowering company-wide wattage. • All disposable service ware and event packaging is compostable. • Items delivered to the event site are in containers that are re-usable, recyclable or compostable. • We set copier/printer defaults to double-sided, recycle all laser and copier toner cartridges. • We avoid using aerosol products, adjust all toilets to low-flow, recycle fluorescent light tubes and batteries, and purchase paper supplies made of recycled materials. Executive Chef Daniel Capra and his culinary team have long been convinced that the best tasting and most nutritional food is organically grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound. With this understanding, Daniel began cultivating an organic garden in the center of the Napa Valley in an area well-known for its unique terroir. Flanked by the Mayacamas Mountains to the west and possessing well drained soils of gravel, sand, volcanic deposits and marine sediments, Daniel’s Garden is well suited to produce select seasonal offerings which complement our dishes. Our summer plantings include spicy and sweet peppers, strawberries, edible flowers and herbs, summer squashes, over a dozen varieties of tomatoes along with figs and ever abundant apples. We believe impeccable ingredients, handled with care, nourish the spirit as well as the body. We look forward to showcasing our harvest to you and your guests! C H E F DA N I E L ’ S G A R D E N

SAN FRANCISCO FERRY BUILDING As the beloved bard-by-the-bay Herb Caen once declared, the Ferry Building remains “A Famous City’s Most Famous Landmark.” Modeled after the great marketplaces of Europe and located on the colorful waterfront, this historic gateway to San Francisco is now home to the famed Ferry Plaza Farmers’ Mar- ket. And only Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events holds the exclusive rights to produce events in this 1898-era building crowned by a 240-foot clock tower that melds classical stateliness with modern-day urbanity. Views into the vibrant marketplace below are available from the second floor Grand Hall where private events are held. With the toot of the ferry horns and the dappled light of the bay, your event at the Ferry Building will capture the distinct spirit of San Francisco. BEAULIEU GARDEN Old World meets new at our exclusive Napa Valley Estate, which expertly blends beauty, intimacy and tradition in a stunning, secluded and unforgettable setting. Your journey begins at the estate's entrance where a quarter-mile drive meanders beneath a canopy of sycamore trees. The beautiful grounds, plant- ed in 1899, are perfectly suited for a romantic celebration, an exquisite dinner or an elegant reception. Imagine the exchange of vows in the sunken garden or dinner delightfully served under the branches of a magnificent sycamore arbor. As night falls, your guests can dance beneath the stars next to a sparkling pool bordered by manicured lawns and grape vines stretching up into the rolling hills beyond. Here, the possibilities for your event are limited only by your imagination. PEACE BARN The Peace Barn is a truly bucolic and magical utopia located in the famously reclusive town of Bolinas, just 30 miles up the coast from San Francisco. This stunning, unpretentious space exemplifies the carefree attitude Bolinas is known for. Its name derives from both the large peace sign that hangs on the barn – commissioned by the owner on the day the Iraq War was announced – and the sense one gets when walking the idyllic grounds or relaxing in the spacious barn. Unassuming and rustic with a distinct bohemian vibe, the Peace Barn is a place with a deep respect for nature, an appreciation for slowing down and a love for celebrating life. THE BARN AT GREEN VALLEY The Barn at Green Valley is a unique and magical event space nestled in the burgeoning wine region of Green Valley, just 40 minutes from San Francisco and 15 miles east of Napa Valley. Reminiscent of the French Provençal countryside with its rolling hills and verdant grasses, this exclusive year-round venue offers a truly one-of-a-kind, picture perfect setting for the wine country celebration of one’s dreams. At the center of the property and surrounded by sweeping views of vineyards is the stunning 8,000 ft 2 custom built barn. With its perfectly pitched roof, large dramatic doors, elegant spiral staircase and hip vintage-inspired bar, every detail of the barn has been carefully considered.

PAULA LEDUC FINE CATERING & EVENTS PARTNERSHIP WITH MCEVOY RANCH

We are honored to be the exclusive wedding caterer for McEvoy Ranch and to be considered as the event management company for McEvoy Ranch in the future. We are often approached to work with properties all over the Bay Area as the exclusive venue manager and caterer, and we take these propos- als very seriously – only partnering with similar brands that represent terrific business opportunities for all parties involved. We believe Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events and McEvoy Ranch have just that opportunity, and we could not be more excited about the possibility of adding this wonderful property to our exclusive venue portfolio! Our company mission, “Create, Celebrate and Experience the Extraordinary,” speaks to what our clients and their guests have come to expect from a Paula LeDuc event. To that end, our pricing is in line with a fine dining, luxury event experience. We believe in the quality of our events – not the quantity. We are very familiar with the comparable site fees and catering costs at other properties in the area, and have used this data in our recommendations below. We recommend using the remainder of this year to curate the process for greater event booking and client satisfaction.

22

Recommendations to process for 2018: • Inquiries continue to come to McEvoy Ranch as is current. • Site fee has been streamlined to become a more simplified price that allows flexibility. $13,000 for weekend dates, for use of the entire property. • We suggest that restrooms and a service golf cart are included in this number, and are contracted directly by McEvoy Ranch (to be billed to the client in the venue contract). • During the inquiry call, McEvoy Ranch will check availability and quote the site fee. If the client is amenable to this information, the call is then passed to Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events to discuss catering pricing and event services. • McEvoy Ranch to add a separate Weddings page to their website, and a separate wedding/events e-mail address from the e-mail used for all tasting inquiries. • McEvoy Ranch to focus their social media more on Weddings, and create a strategic Instagram campaign on Weddings, prior to the holiday/engagement season. These changes will allow us to ensure that the venue is appropriately priced and that both parties are confident in the selling process, potential revenue, etc. This will form a better baseline to enter a management partnership in 2019 as the 2017 event year did not create an adequate reference point. Recommendations for 2019: • Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events and McEvoy Ranch enter into a binding contract which transfers the management of all events to Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events. • Once the contract is executed, the transition begins so that all phone calls and email inquiries for events at McEvoy Ranch will ring directly to Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events. • The Exclusive Venue Manager with PLDFCE will field all inquiries and have access to the McEvoy Ranch calendar, as well as manage all client contracts, rules and guidelines, insurance documen- tation, etc. • At that time, PLDFCE will take over all marketing and selling of the venue for events, including providing updated collateral and floorplans of the property.

23

MARKETING OF MCEVOY RANCH

One of the greatest benefits we can offer McEvoy Ranch is our Sales and Marketing Team and expertise. All 12 members of the Paula LeDuc Fine Catering Fine Catering & Events Sales and Marketing Team will be promoting and selling McEvoy Ranch. With over 140 combined years in hospitality sales and relationship building between us, not to mention thousands of clients and industry contacts in our database – the marketing value to McEvoy Ranch is priceless! We do plan to spend significant marketing and PR dollars to message the Paula LeDuc Fine Catering & Events and McEvoy Ranch partnership, and the elevated event experience guests should expect at McEvoy Ranch. In addition to providing Sales, Marketing, Administrative, Event Management and Event Operations personnel, we have created a unique webpage for each venue and we will continue to invest in professional photography for collateral and editorial coverage. We have a great relationship with all the wedding magazines, and we look forward to advertising this venue in C Weddings magazine . We have paid membership dues to create a profile for and an online feature on The Venue Report. We have the inside track with countless wedding and event blogs, and a strong social media presence relative to other event companies in the Bay Area. We plan to pay membership dues and consider listing this venue with the following event industry associations:

· BAWN, Bay Area Wedding Network · CANVAS, Concierge Alliance of Napa Valley & Sonoma · Carats & Cake · First Hold · Here Comes the Guide · ILEA, International Special Events Society, Napa Sonoma and Northern California · International Caterers Association · MPI, Meeting Professionals International · Napa Chamber of Commerce · Napa Valley Convention & Visitor’s Bureau · National Association of Catering Executives

· PCMA, Professional Convention Management Association · San Francisco Chamber of Commerce · San Francisco Travel · Sonoma Chamber of Commerce · Sonoma County Convention & Visitor’s Bureau · Style Me Pretty, Little Black Book · The Knot · The Venue Report · WeddingWire · Wedding Happy · WIPA, Wedding Industry Professional Association

We will also host periodic marketing events at McEvoy Ranch, with all catering and event related costs covered by PLDFCE. We will create new collateral from these events, and invite our extensive list of clients, influencers and industry contacts to attend.
