Fruit
After flowering, black fruits appear.
Placement
It prefers a well-ventilated, sunny environment, but will also grow well in some shade.
Water generously, especially from spring to summer, when the soil is growing and the soil tends to dry out. A good guideline for watering is once every 1-2 days in spring and autumn, once a day in summer, and once every 2-3 days in winter. However, if the soil is not dry, there is no need to force yourself to water it. Observe carefully and make a judgment.
Watering
Fertilizer
From April to October, except in midsummer, apply liquid fertilizer once every two weeks.
Pests & Diseases
This tree is very resistant to pests and diseases, and they rarely occur.
Soil
Akadama is used alone or in combination with Kanuma soil and leaf mold.
Repot approximately every 2-3 years. If the soil in the pot rises or if you see many roots coming out from the bottom of the pot, it is a sign that the roots are well developed inside the pot. The best time to repot is from early spring to early summer, but it can also be repotted in early autumn, around September. After repotting, be careful not to expose it to too much cold. (Keep it in a place that is not exposed to frost.)
