A fragrant, bubbling bath is the perfect way to relieve stress! Bathing is an Art Form. You can truly achieve a little piece of heaven to delight the senses with the right routine. Here at uRBAN wHIP we know a little about preparing the perfect bath. With the right technique you too can experience BLISS. So, here we go!

Turn the lights down low or light some candles. Pour a glass of herbal tea or wine & turn on some soothing sounds like waves crashing on the shore, waterfall splashing, open a window and listen to the raindrops fall or simply breathe in the fresh night air or you can turn on some soft music. Bring a Book or Journal tub side to read or keep track of the bright ideas that come while you relax or watch a movie. Remembering to keep all electronics away from water
Adjust the water temperature & run your bath. If using a Bubble Bar, crumble it under running water for mountains of soft luxurious bubbles. If you prefer to use a Bath Melt then drop it into the tub while the water is running. Now, if it is a Bath Bomb that you would rather enjoy just bring it into the tub after the water has fi nished running in order to enjoy the frothing, foaming, color swirling and fragrance from beginning until the end. #uRBANaLCHEMY
Step in, lay back & close your eyes. Rest your head on a bath pillow or rolled up towel & take a moment to pause & inhale the fragrance rising from the water. Listen to the soothing sounds coming from the music or outside. Breathe deeply in & out. Sink your face & hair into the water. Apply a lovely face mask & lay with your eyes closed while it goes to work deep cleansing and renewing your pores. Read your book and let your thoughts travel as the warm water blankets around your body.
Step out of the tub & wrap yourself in your favorite fl u ff y towel. Put on some soft & comfy attire as you carry around that meditative state of mind until bed. Have a loved one give you a massage with a lovely massage bar and now you have a happy ending to your day
