Our community was recently saddened by the loss of fellow golfer Clinton Pelfrey. Clinton was a dedicated father, husband, and a major contributor to Paint Creek Disc Golf Course—a genuinely good guy. Though I only knew him casually, the outpouring of support and grief on social media shows what a remarkable person he was. To honor Clinton, we’ll be running a 50/50 throw-off at this weekend’s event—one each day at the Hazy Shade tent. Throws are $5 each, with half the proceeds going directly to his wife, Sara.
