ALEX TETTERTON

Alex started his homebuilding company over 20 years ago and has built right at 1,000 homes in the Atlanta area. During this time, he has received numerous awards from the Home Builder Association including Community of the Year, Select Builder Award, Safety Award for Excellence and several OBIE Awards. Alex has been named a Top 20 Atlanta Homebuilder by Atlanta Business Chronicle for several years. His keen eye for meticulous detail, creative design and vision for the entire community are what make his subdivisions so unique and meaningful. Alex values his relationships with trades, suppliers, contractors, lenders and employees who make it all pull together. He a Georgia native, graduate of Georgia Tech, and founder of Southvine Homes.

JOHN EVANS

Prior to founding Windsor Bluffs, John spent two decades in the home building business. He has worked for some of the best homebuilding companies in Atlanta learning every facet of the business and started his own homebuilding company, Silver Hill Homes, in 2011. His areas of expertise include detailed market analysis in order to ensure our homes are built in the best communities of Atlanta and purchasing/construction management in order to pass both quality and savings on to our homeowners.
