Requirements Candidates/post holders will be expected to demonstrate the following Education Working or willing to work towards obtaining a recognised qualification in building engineering services

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Knowledge A keen interest in Building Services.

A degree of computer competency as necessary to produce reports and communicate via e-mails

Skills & Abilities Good communication skills, both oral and written

Systematic approach to work and complete task in a thorough manner, and in accordance with set timescales Organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise own diverse workload

Ability to exercise initiative and resolve issues as they arise
