Sedwick Building:

Public Works is currently working to replace the HVAC system which has reached its end of life. This will require the changeout of two air handlers, two outdoor chillers, and the partial reconfiguration of internal ductwork. Staff are working with contractors to complete wayfinding signs, and reconfigure office space for additional needs.

Voter Registrar Building:

Staff are working with contractors to order flooring, construct new office and kitchenette spaces. Construction is anticipated to be completed in late autumn.

Gordon Building: Staff worked with stakeholders to create new floorplans to provide more efficient office and storage spaces. The second floor will be reconfigured to collocate departmental staff and will be updated with new flooring and paint. The lower level will be reprogrammed to allocate much needed storage areas, an employee break room/kitchenette, and mail room.

KOMH “ Former ” Terminal: The former terminal space is under renovation in order to house up to three (3) tenants. A new hangar door has been installed, and interior spaces are being rearranged to allow for a more efficient use of the space by multiple tenants. Currently new flooring, painting, and fixtures are being installed with a planned completion date later this summer. For information regarding availability call (540) 661 - 5407.
