Chef Stone’s world-renowned Californian restaurant, Gwen, revolutionised the classic 1950s Hollywood-style dining experience in LA, and now brings its unique essence to Flemington during Cup Week 2023. Curtis and his team have worked with the VRC to carefully curate the dining, grazing, decor and more to set the standard for a memorable Cup Week celebration. The elevated venue will leave you enchanted by Gwen’s signature hues of chocolate, navy, and pale-green – a sumptuous backdrop matched only by the food itself. A magical Gwen experience awaits between the casual LA vibe of the lounge and the salubrious ambience of the dining room. Choose your preferred dining sitting to savour a sumptuous three-course menu; and outside of this time retreat to the lounge area to enjoy the all-day grazing and drinks that will bring you pops of magic throughout the day. Please note: Whilst there are two dining sittings each race day for members to choose from when booking via Ticketmaster, members are able to stay all day and enjoy the all-day grazing and beverages outside their chosen sitting.
