Once again, it’s time to take your place in one of Flemington’s favourite traditions: your party in the car park!
The Nursery lets members design their very own BYO or catered experience for memories that will last a lifetime. Make it as grand or as casual as you wish. Have fun playing host to friends, family and colleagues, and get set to wow them with your own personal style and taste. You can choose to do it all yourself and bring along your own special picnics, hampers and beverages. Or if you prefer let our accredited hirers and caterers take care of everything for you, they’re ready to help. Your race day enjoyment is assured, with comprehensive racing coverage throughout, convenient betting facilities, a DJ and live entertainment all day long. The VRC will endeavour to allocate the same site for multiple day bookings. Members may purchase up to 10 car sites together via the same Ticketmaster transaction, but will require 1 barcode per car site. This will ensure car sites are allocated as adjoining. Car Sites will be allocated and members will be advised of their location in early October.

Guests will require a Nursery Pedestrian Pass, which will be available from Ticketmaster. Members can simply scan their membership card for access. Please note: The Nursery Pedestrian Pass does not allow guest access into the Members Enclosure.
