Morning Fitness Age: 14+ years Day Time Start Classes Mon 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Apr 2 12 Wed 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Apr 4 13 Fee: $ 7.50 (single); $ 50.00 (10 passes); $79.10 (20 passes) Location: TCC Notes: No classes on May 21 Each class uses a variety of yoga poses, stretching principles and movements combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce muscle tension and stress.
