Aqua Fit - Shallow Water

An effective low impact workout program using the water’s resistance to chal- lenge all levels of fitness. Class is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers. 45 minute class; 15 minutes of Leisure Swim. Exercise in deep water provides virtually zero impact on your bones and joints because of the body’s immersion in the water. Belts or noodles are provided to keep you afloat during your workout. 45 minute class; 15 minutes of Leisure Swim. Aqua Jog - Deep Water Come and enjoy some quality time in the pool with your baby! This Aqua Fit programs is designed to provide mom with a great workout while the little one (6 months to 3 years of age) tags along enjoying the great music. 35 minute class; 10 minutes Baby Swim time.
