Class Cancellations Classes may be cancelled due to lack of registrations. We reserve the right to change or cancel programs if necessary. Every effort will be made to avoid these changes. In the event of inclement weather, listen to Easy101.3, like us on Facebook or check www.tillsonburg.ca for updates. HST Fees in this guide are subject to HST. Note that HST does not apply to programs for children 14 years of age and under (excluding rentals). Transfer Requests Class transfer must occur prior to the third class and will be based on class availability. After the third class, transfers will only be allowed at a Program Co- ordinator’s discretion. Credit Procedure If your plans change and you need to withdraw from a class, pro-rated credit will be given to you if you notify us prior to the third class. Credits will remain on account for up to 1 year, after which they expire. Returned NSF Cheques / Credit Cards Payments made by cheque or credit card which are not accepted by the bank, must be replaced with a cash payment. A $35.00 administrative fee will be charged for each returned cheque or rejected credit card. Family Discounts Each additional child receives a 30% discount on qualifying programs. Online users must call 519.688.9011 to receive the discount.
