Littles Midnight Bistro – Bar – Bakery by Peri Hayes Tianna Stelzl of Littles Midnight Bistro – Bar – Bakery introduces herself and life partner, Brent Greenway: “Mom and Dad, Chef and Server, Dishwasher and Accountant – we are the founders and foundation to this dream.” Brent pursued culinary school following the passing of his mother, dedicating his expertise to various kitchens before transitioning for the next decade to the realm of carpentry through door and trim service. Meanwhile, with her audio engineering degree, Tianna spent time in this field before working for a decade at Starbucks. After welcoming their babies into the world, Tianna and Brent leapt at this opportunity to embark on their bakery and bistro journey.
