Low impact aerobic exercise, that includes dance moves, toning, and stretching. The program is done to the latest music favorites and will get your heart pumping. Participants will enjoy fun while getting in shape.

This program, led by instructor Bobby Blakey, focuses on enhancing strength, balance, and overall fitness for seniors. Our goal is to help participants develop healthy habits and learn safe ways to stretch, bend, and strengthen their muscles. All exercises are set to music, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone. Spots in this class fill up quickly, so be sure to register early, starting on the 15th of the month prior. PACE (PEOPLE WITH ARTHRITIS CAN EXERCISE) (Activity #150502) Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Room C Instructor: Jan Kidd This program was developed to keep joints flexible, muscles strong, and to help reduce pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. You will use stretchy bands, weights, and music to stretch and strengthen the major muscle groups and joints.
