FIRST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE Bulls selling for $3,500 or more are guaranteed for 90 days from first turn-out or Sept. 1st. In the event a bull is determined to be an unfit breeder, a replacement bull of equal quality will be provided. If a quality bull is not available, credit of purchase price less $2,500 will be issued at our next sale. Buyer will keep the salvage value. – Please contact Jayce Shearer if a bull is injured prior to Sept. 1, 2025. – ACCIDENTS & LIABILITIES All persons attend the sale at their own risk and the seller and the sales management assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents occurring in, on, or about the premises. The buyer must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder. FREE DELIVERY Free delivery of bulls on all purchases in South Dakota and surrounding states. All other states will have free delivery on single bull lot purchases over $3,500. $100 off each bull hauled sale day. Delivery will begin immediately. All animals sold will be tested for Arthrogryposis Mutiplex (AM), Neruopathis Hyrocephoulus (NH), Contractual Arachmodctyly (CA), Developmental Duplication (DD), and Osteopetrosis (OS). RETAINED INTEREST We are retaining 1/3 semen revenue sharing interest on each individual bull in the 2025 sale.
