Phillips & Jordan (P&J) is a woman-owned, heavy civil and infrastructure contractor founded in 1952. We pursue challenging projects with complex problems, difficult conditions, and aggressive schedules. We operate with a sense of urgency and a desire to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients.
