WATER RESOURCES • P&J has been working in water resources since the beginning—we’re at home on complex dam projects. • We’ve built reservoirs, dams, impoundments, canals, and conveyance structures. • Whether it’s new construction or improvements to aging facilities, we have experience meeting communities’ growing water needs. • We’ve worked under a variety of contract types, including competitive bid, design-build, early contractor involvement, construction manager at risk, and public private partnerships. INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL • P&J builds big, developing sites for a variety of industrial and commercial facilities. • Our site development experience includes: − Manufacturing & distribution facilities − Rail & port facilities − Landfills − Residential subdivisions − Shopping centers − Theme parks & resorts − Airports & highways − Waste processing & treatment plants • We successfully manage highly complex projects with aggressive schedules, minimizing costs without sacrificing quality work. • We also install composite landfill liner and leachate collection systems. MINING • P&J delivers turnkey site development packages for a variety of mining project types including site access, SWPPP, overburden removal, leach pad construction and expansion, water management/treatment facilities, landfills, tailings dam construction and expansion, rail and roadway construction, HDPE pipe and liner construction, unloading and loading facilities, remote worker housing, and reclamation and remediation. • We provide contract mining services including drilling and blasting, crushing, loading and hauling, and waste management. • Our team implements the latest technology in preparing 3D and BIM models. We use GPS-integrated machine control equipment and drone surveys to mitigate difficult topography and geologic conditions.
