W hat else is there to be said about Ryan Garcia’s victory over Mario Barrios? In a nutshell, Garcia showed that a man who can barely control his personal life can still produce a beautifully controlled fight in the ring. He won just about every minute of every round, leaving the pro-Garcia crowd at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas convinced they’d seen, if not a great fight, at least a great performance. Throwing his right hand with alarming accuracy all night, setting it up with perfect, thudding jabs and occasional lashes to Barrios’ body, Garcia was in charge from the bout’s opening moments.
