Conifer- LeChase Construction, a New York based firm, relocated its regional office in New Jersey to support the continued growth and expansion of its business in the Northeast. The 2,000 S/f space is centrally located along heav- ily trafficked Rte. 70 and is easily accessible from Rte.s 38 and 130, the NJ Turnpike and I-295. Emily Stein , director of healthcare services, worked closely with both ownership of the building, and Nick Tafaro of CHB Group, to identify an office for CHB’s relocation. CHB Group is a full-service employee benefits agency spe- cializing in employee benefits consulting for both small busi- nesses and large corporations. “CHB Group is well posi- tioned for success and growth at 532 Rte. 70 West.
