Regional Action Plan the Role of Modal Interchange to Foster Low Carbon Urban Mobility Part 8: Regional Action Plan Endorsements 8 The Southern Regional Assembly as Managing Authority acknowledge the added value of the MATCH-UP project and its contribution to the SEROP and the RSES, provided through the identification of Good Practice(s) and Interregional learning and the development of this Regional Action Plan. The Southern Regional Assembly consider the potential import of the Good Practice(s) and Interregional learning mentioned in this Regional Action Plan, with necessary adaption according to regional context, to represent a valuable input for further development of improved low carbon urban mobility and modal interchanges and reduction of CO 2 emissions in the Southern Region. We hereby confirm our support for the import and implementation of the Good Practice(s) as described in this Regional Action Plan as well as for the implementation of the actions reported in Part 4 and Part 5 of this document.
