2. MHFA England sends an email to National Trainers, outlining the schedule of programme dates 3. National Trainers have until the closing date specified in the email to bid on dates. If they do not respond within this time, it is assumed that they are unavailable or not interested in taking up the programme delivery 4. Two National Trainers are allocated to each programme. Allocation is based on the National Trainers' availability and the programmes they are accredited for 5. Confirmation emails are sent to National Trainers within two weeks. National Trainers are required to hold the dates they have bid for until they have received confirmation 6. Six weeks before the programme is due to start, the Training Delivery team sends the National Trainer an email to confirm the programme, venue and learner details 7. Following this, National Trainers are required to: - Book lived experience plenary speakers - Book a plenary speaker for the racism and mental health module - Where applicable, arrange travel and accommodation for themselves
