All members must be confident at managing learners and any unexpected technical issues during their course delivery. When delivering courses online, all members should be able to problem-solve common technical issues experienced as part of online deliveries, and signpost learners to any further required technical support. 8.5 Delivery requirements All members In addition to the guidance and requirements detailed in this handbook, when delivering to learners, independently sourced clients, or MHFA England clients, all members must: - Refresh their knowledge of the product, its course content, and associated core resources before delivering the course - Deliver the course in accordance with the relevant product, lesson plan, and instructor kit - Adhere as closely as possible to the recommended timings for the course - Ensure that learners understand the aims and expected outcomes of the course. These should be communicated both verbally and in writing - Use appropriately de-stigmatising language towards mental ill health and mental health conditions - Use an appropriate tone, manner, and delivery pace for the learners - Adapt course delivery style where
