Qualified to deliver less than the required three MHFA England products and/or Ten full courses have not yet been delivered and/or Learner evaluations regularly fall below ‘good’ level Demonstrates no knowledge of and/or expresses views contrary to MHFA England’s mission and values Contributes negatively to the reputation of the organisation

Track record of high quality training delivery across a range of products

Behaves as an ambassador and representative for MHFA England

Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues

Does not demonstrate appropriate knowledge and understanding of mental health issues

Does not respond to MHFA England staff in a timely manner Examples of negative and/or unprofessional interactions with MHFA England staff

Collaborates effectively with MHFA England staff

Willing to receive feedback and incorporate lessons learnt into practice

Demonstrates no experience of actively encouraging feedback

Demonstrates little understanding of client expectations Delivery is not tailored to meet client expectations

Understanding of and delivery of desired client experiences

Positive attitude towards people with mental health issues

Uses negative/unsupportive language/demonstrates negative attitude in relation to mental health
