LIABILITY Everyone is cautioned to exercise care while attending the sale. All persons entering on the premises during the time of the sale do so at their own risk. All parties entering into the grounds upon which the sale is held hereby expressly release the Northern Wyoming Livestock & Equipment LLC and its agents, from any liability or responsibility for injuries sustained by them during the attendance of said sale from any cause or source whatsoever. The horse sale is an equine event and all persons enter at own risk. GUARANTEES Consigners are solely responsible for all guarantees made, Buyers are welcome to a pre- purchase exam at their expense prior to sale, arrangements will need to be made with consigner. Northern Wyoming Livestock & Equipment LLC, its agents, and auctioneers are not responsible for any guarantees made by seller. EXPENSES Cost of selling horses will be 7%, and 4% on all No Saled horses, No Show fee of $500 to any horse that doesn’t enter the ring . All The consignors for tack, equipment & carriage sale will pay a 10% on all sold tack and 4% on no sales over $100, under $100, $5 no sale fee. There is a $20 Health inspection fee, and a $15 brand inspection fee charged to the consignor. IF HORSE IS NO SALED AND SOLD OUTSIDE THE RING, AN 7% FEE IS STILL DUE TO THE SALE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Buyer pays shipping on all Equipment. STALLS All Sale Horses will have reserved stalls we ask that you put the horses in the stall reserved for it, so Buyers can locate the from the map. Sale horse stalls are available Thursday 8am until Sunday at 12pm. If you need stalls prior to Thursday or after Sunday please contact Sale Management to Reserve stalls ( $10 per stall per day). There are additional stalls available for $10 a day as well. There will be Hay and Shavings available for purchase, at the stall o ffi ce. PAPERWORK ALL HORSES MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST WITHIN SIX MONTHS; REGISTRATION PAPERS MUST BE IN ORDER AND A SIGNED TRANSFER A CHECK IN! Pregnant mares are required to have breeding report turned in to o ffi ce prior to sale (if foal is registrable). Horses without Coggins will not be excepted. Powell Veterinary Services will be the Sale veterinarians. IMPORTANT - HALTER Every horse must have a like new leather or nylon halter and lead rope on it before the sale; it goes with the horse. If consignor fails to provide a new leather or nylon halter, the cost of halter will be deducted from the sale price. Attention All Wyoming State Laws and Brand Laws will be enforced P.O.
