TIMESHARING DURING COVID-19

from the other parent, even during this uncertain time. The order requires that summer timesharing begin immediately. It also provides that “each parent is prohibited from unreasonably restricting access of the child(ren) to the other parent.” The order also provides a location for exchanges to take place in the event that parents are unable to agree. If parents cannot agree, then the exchange shall take place at the police station or sheriff’s office located closest to the school or day care of the child. With this order, it is now clear that parents may not keep children away
