上海海洋大学食品科学与工程实验教学中心 实验认可证书 生产单位：青岛海尔开利冷冻设备有限公司 实验样品：无霜直流变频系统 样品型号：无霜直流变频机组 型号 GVRM015NSA2A 无霜直流变频午餐柜 型号 CLCR-855 实验项目：海尔开利无霜冷柜食品贮藏性能对照实验 实验依据：GB 5009.86-2016 NY/T 3082-2017 GB 2733-2015 GB 4789.2—2016 GB 5009.228-2016 GB 4789.35-2016 实验结论： （1）通过72小时温度监控,同普通冷柜相比，海尔开利冷柜平均温度 低，且温度波动显著降低； （2）海尔开利的冷柜大幅提高了货架期：鲫鱼、鲳鱼、牛肉、猪肉在 普通冷柜货架期分别为4天、3天、4天、3天，在海尔开利冷柜分 别为5天、5天、5天、4天，延长货架期25%-66%； （3）同一贮藏时期海尔开利冷柜中贮藏的四种叶菜叶绿素含量、Vc、 可溶性固形物含量（有菜有肉）均超过对照冷柜，且能够很好地 控制作物失水，避免发生萎蔫； （4）同一贮藏时期海尔开利冷柜中贮藏的冷鲜肉和鱼的菌落总数、TVB-N 值均低于对照冷柜，保鲜效果比较明显，其中对鲳鱼和鲫鱼的 保鲜效果最为显著； （5）海尔开利冷柜风幕口较一般冷柜更宽且孔径更小，更好地隔绝内外 空气，减少湍流和涡流，节省能耗；
