上海海洋大学食品科学与工程实验教学中心 实验认可证书 生产单位:青岛海尔开利冷冻设备有限公司 实验样品:无霜直流变频系统 样品型号:无霜直流变频机组 型号 GVRM015NSA2A 无霜直流变频午餐柜 型号 CLCR-855 实验项目:海尔开利无霜冷柜食品贮藏性能对照实验 实验依据:GB 5009.86-2016 NY/T 3082-2017 GB 2733-2015 GB 4789.2—2016 GB 5009.228-2016 GB 4789.35-2016 实验结论: (1)通过72小时温度监控,同普通冷柜相比,海尔开利冷柜平均温度 低,且温度波动显著降低; (2)海尔开利的冷柜大幅提高了货架期:鲫鱼、鲳鱼、牛肉、猪肉在 普通冷柜货架期分别为4天、3天、4天、3天,在海尔开利冷柜分 别为5天、5天、5天、4天,延长货架期25%-66%; (3)同一贮藏时期海尔开利冷柜中贮藏的四种叶菜叶绿素含量、Vc、 可溶性固形物含量(有菜有肉)均超过对照冷柜,且能够很好地 控制作物失水,避免发生萎蔫; (4)同一贮藏时期海尔开利冷柜中贮藏的冷鲜肉和鱼的菌落总数、TVB-N 值均低于对照冷柜,保鲜效果比较明显,其中对鲳鱼和鲫鱼的 保鲜效果最为显著; (5)海尔开利冷柜风幕口较一般冷柜更宽且孔径更小,更好地隔绝内外 空气,减少湍流和涡流,节省能耗;
