This annual event features more than costumes and candy! Multiple inflatables, games, a live stage show, and plenty of treats for kids and their families are all part of the festivities. Plus the historic Scarecrow Competition, which dates back to 1938. The highlight of the event is the costume parade, when the most creative and fun costumes are displayed!
