KEETLEY RIDGE

Keetley Ridge is designated for both short-term and extended rentals. Owners have the flexibility to choose their preferred management company, or they can opt for assistance from our list of recommended local property managers.

NIGHTLY RENTALS

Keetley Ridge offers convenient on-demand shuttle service requested through a phone app, with direct pickup at your residence. This service provides easy transportation to nearby ski lifts, East Village and SkyRidge amenities, and future destinations throughout the Mayflower area. In addition, a variety of airport shuttle options are available for travel to and from Salt Lake City International Airport. HOA West has been designated to manage and operate the homeowners association for the community, and Tom Howells is a direct point of contact for the project. The current HOA fee for custom homesite owners is $190 per month, which covers expenses such as road snow removal, grounds maintenance, storm system maintenance, and common area insurance. Because the development is brand new, the developer is currently in the process of formally establishing the HOA entity. Once formed, homeowners will participate in the HOA Board and vote collectively to determine community priorities, budgeting, and any future adjustments to dues and services. For additional details regarding the HOA structure, responsibilities, and restrictions, buyers should review the community’s CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions).
