ARE THERE AMENITIES? The village of Holladay itself is Apollo Square’s greatest and most important amenity. The quaint village has everything you need – just steps away from your front door. Inside the building, residents will have access to the rooftop terrace with outdoor seating, spectacular views, fire pits, barbecue, pergola, and an outdoor television. This is the ideal place for wonderful gatherings with friends and family.
WHAT IS APOLLO SQUARE? Apollo is a luxury three-story mixed-use condominium project in the heart of Holladay Village. The ground level offers more than 7,000 square feet of retail space, while the second and third floors are designated to residences, which make up more than 32,000 square feet. There will be 31 uniquely designed condominium residences. Residents will also enjoy access to a rooftop terrace for additional outdoor living. WHAT SIZES ARE THE RESIDENCES? Two-bedroom, two-bath to two-bedroom, three-bath residences at Apollo Square start at over 1,400 square feet. Three-bedroom, three-bath residences start at over 1,950 square feet. HOW MANY PARKING LEVELS AND SPACES ARE THERE? Each two-bedroom residence is granted one dedicated spot underground, and each three-bedroom residence is granted two dedicated spots underground. Short-term or overnight parking access will also be provided for residents and guests; this will be located in the above-ground retail parking. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF LIVING AT APOLLO SQUARE? With more than 15 years of operations in the greater Salt Lake area, Solstice Homes has developed a unique, in-depth knowledge of the community that is second to none. IS APOLLO SQUARE PET FRIENDLY? Yes – we love pets! We ask owners, out of respect to our other residents and to the earth, that they pick up after their pets. Refer to the governing documents (declarations, bylaws, rules, and regulations) for more information and details. All pets must be safe and cannot cause a nuisance to other residents. WHAT WILL THE HOA BE LIKE? Apollo Square will be run by HOALIVING, a leading property management company and industry leader for more than 21 years. HOALIVING’s whole purpose is organized meticulous management of homeowners’ associations. The HOA dues include all amenities and residential services. It also includes property insurance, engineering services, water, sewer, trash, recycling, snow removal, and common area property maintenance – as well as cable and internet. The HOA dues also include payment for the Residential HOA’s share of dues to the Master Association.
