Funnel Scavenger Hunt
1. Your Dashboard is your home base in Funnel. Check your filter at the top of your Dashboard screen. You should have options for your community and ‘Just Me’.
2. How many tours are currently scheduled on your property for today? Write down the name of one prospect who has a tour today and his/her scheduled time. Write down the agent assigned to the tour.
3. What is the quickest way to add a guest card in Funnel?
4. Find an active prospect in Funnel. Write down their preferred move in date.
5. Using the same prospect, write down the date of the last completed task.
6. Find a prospect who has an email task due today. Complete this email follow up in Funnel using one of the templates provided to you in Funnel. Make sure to customize the template to you and your prospect!
7. A prospect has called to advise they need to reschedule their tour to tomorrow morning. Where would you go to reschedule that tour?
