He is frequently invited as a speaker and panelist for IT forums throughout North America and serves on several councils including as vice chair of the AITP (now CompTIA Pro) Executive Council, the CompTIA Advisory Council on Policy, CompTIA’s Services Executive Council and the Xerox Corporation Services Advisory Council. He is also the chairperson of Per Scholas’ Services Advisory Council. He has contributed to the enhancement of CompTIA’s A+ certification, both as a subject matter expert and as a member of
centers to maintaining those systems and ensuring they are secure.
