SEPTEMBER 13, 2025 | 8 AM Eat, run, and have some fun at this 5K/7K race! During the race we will have a family fun area with field games, and a kids 100-yard dash will take place once the race has ended!

Is it difficult for you to stay motivated during the off season? How often are you able to practice your swim, bike, and run together? Our Indoor Triathlon Series is geared towards keeping you motivated and accomplishing your fitness goals. To complete a Rec-Plex indoor tri, you’ll swim a 25-yard lap lane in our indoor pool, transition to our cycle room for the bike ride, then make your way to the cardio theater to run on a treadmill. Rec-Plex staff will track your time.
Indoor Triathlons are held on Sunday afternoons with heats beginning at 1:30 PM, 2:15 PM, and 3:15 PM. FALL 2025 DATES COMING SOON!
